The responsibilities of the Career Coach are a combination of spending time with students in the classroom, planning events and activities for students on and off campus, and networking and being involved in community events, and local businesses and industry. Whether the student chooses to attend college, enter the workforce, or join the military, the Career Coach is there to support them and provide all information they need to make a decision for their post graduation plans! The Career Coach serves as a “bridge” between the students and the community when learning about the opportunities available after high school, as well as what the businesses and industries are looking for in future employees!
