    Medication Drop-Off Information

Nurses will be accepting medication on the first days of school. Please remember all medications provided for school must have a Parent/Physician Authorization Form signed by the parent and physician and a correctly labeled prescription bottle that matches the Parent/Physician Authorization Form. Parents/Guardians must deliver all medications to the school and sign them in with the nurse. No medications can be sent to school with the students.
