Brandy Tarvin is the Child Nutrition Program Director for Boaz City Schools. Brandy graduated from Snead State Community College in 1996 with an Associate in Science. She then graduated from the University of Alabama in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition and is a graduate of the Coordinated Program in Dietetics at UA. Brandy is a registered and licensed dietitian. She began her career in 1998 with Morrison Healthcare in Gadsden, Alabama where she was a clinical dietitian and clinical nutrition manager at Gadsden Regional Medical Center. Brandy became the Child Nutrition Program Director for Boaz City Schools in 2006. She is married to Steve Tarvin and they have two sons, Caleb and Hunter.
