• View Your Tax Documents

    For calendar year 2021, all year end tax related documents including W2, 1095C, and Truth in Salary statements will be provided electronically only via the Employee Self Service (ESS) website and will be available no later than January 31, 2022.  Paper copies will not be mailed out.  It will be the same process to retrieve your tax documents via ESS as it is to retrieve your paystubs. 

    The year end documents will be located under the "Documents" tab.  Then, select "View Employee Documents" from the drop down menu.  Finally, select which document you want to view and print from the drop down box.  Year end documents from prior years back to 2011 are already loaded to the ESS site.  

    If you do not already have your username and password set up in ESS, please do so as soon as possible.  You can find information on how to do this HERE. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please contact Susan Rutledge at srutledge@boazk12.org
     
    If you already have your username and password set up, there is no action required.  However, you may want to log in just to verify that your username and password are still valid.
